Please read through the policies below before booking an appointment to avoid any disappointment & or inconveniences. ————————————————————————————— 💳DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS💰 🔹There will be a $33 NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit for all nail services. $30 goes towards your service & is NON-REFUNDABLE WHATSOEVER UNLESS appointment cancelled due to an inconvenience on my behalf, $3 is a processing fee ! 🔹You are allowed 1 Deposit transfer if you reschedule no later than 24 hours before scheduled appointment A valid credit/debit card must be stored on file to make deposit,secure & reserve your appointment ( your card will not be charged until I approve and confirm appointment.) 🔹 You will pay Remaining balance in person at appointment . CASH ,ZELLE , & CARD Payments ONLY PLEASE‼️ There is an ATM available on site. ————————————————————————————— 🔒NEW POLICY🔒 🔹PLEASE TRY & BOOK YOUR NAIL APPOINTMENT AT LEAST 2 WEEKS IN ADVACE ! I & MY SITE WILL NOT ALLOW ANY APPOINTMENTS TO BE BOOKED WITHIN A 24 HOUR WINDOW OF APPOINTMENT DESIRED TIME & DATE . IF YOU CHOSE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN LESS THAN 24 HOURS FOR A NEXT DAY APPOINTMENT A $50 SQUEEZE IN FEE WILL BE ADDED TO SERVICE ‼️( ex . It’s 6pm on 3/23 & I want to book an appointment for 3/24 @10am . That’s less than a 24 hour notice for an appointment and will be a squeeze in with fee added ) 🔹Regular Appointment times are ONLY 10AM, 12PM, 2PM , MONDAY - THURSDAY (please do not select any other time slots that do not start at those times , I will cancel the appointment & have you rebook . If you have any questions or issues booking please contact me . 🔹$50 Fee extra for After Hour Appointments 4pm & after, Squeeze Ins, & Off Day appointments . NATIONAL HOLIDAYS $100 fee ( text for availability , hours may differ ) 🔹NEW CLIENTS booking a Fullset MUST arrive with your nails completely BARE. (ie. No polish, no acrylic/gel, etc.) , failure to do so will result in an automatic cancellation of appointment and forfeit of deposit. 🚨I DO NOT WORK OVER OTHER TECHS WORK. I DO NOT DO SOAK OFFS ON SETS THAT AREN’T MY WORK ! 🔹ALL PRICES ON BOOKING SITE ARE BASE STARTING PRICES . If you have questions on the total of your set & remaining balance for your set please contact me . 🔹Please understand that if you do not select all "add ons" I cannot allow any changes at the time of your appointment . Due to time some designs may not be able to be achieved within the appointments time frame before my next client. 🔹I extend a grace period of 10 minutes, at 10 minutes a late fee of $25 is applied to your total. After 10 minutes of being late your appointment will be canceled & deposit forfeited then counted as a NO CALL NO SHOW ! 🔹Fair is Fair , If I happen to be running late to your appointment I will always text you well in advance to let you know . Please cancel appointment up to 24hrs in advanced If possible ! Reschedule when you are feeling better. Cancellation Policy
I have a STRICT cancellation and no show policy. Any no-show appointments or appointments with same day cancellation ( 24 hours or less) will be charged 100% of the service cost . Any clients 10+ minutes late will be charged a $30 late fee or service may be cancelled. By confirming your appointment you are agreeing to these terms and conditions .
